Step by step
- choose the apartment which best suits your ideas and make an appointment with our sales person
- once you’ve chosen a specific apartment, you confirm your interest in purchasing it by signing a Reservation Contract
- signature of this contract will result in having to pay a reservation fee
- from now on, the apartment will not be available to other buyers
- payment of the reservation fee is followed by the preparation and signature of a Future Sale Contract, including a payment plan for the total price of the apartment
- once the building has been approved for living in, you need to sign the Purchase Contract
- this step also involves the preparation of a proposal for the entry of the ownership rights in the cadastre (property register)
- the remaining part of the apartment purchase price is also paid
